Blue skies,
Twisting all around you,
Soaring on the current of the wind.
Green fields,
Small as a pinhead below you,
Hovering in a world of open air.
Swooping, soaring,
Laughing, calling,
Spinning, rising,
Diving, falling,
Who'd ever think it was possible to live in a world of freedom,
Dancing on the wind?

Rain.
It falls from the heavens
Like tiny missiles
Exploding onto me,
Soaking my top, my hair.
I welcome it, opening up,
For the rain is my friend.
It washes away my bitter tears,
Sweeps away the hatred
And the sharp pain of betrayal.
The anger that has kept me going
Ebbs from my body
And I sink to the ground.
My heart slows, stops,
And for once in my life
I am content.

You can never cry,
When it's raining.
You can never laugh,
When it's too loud to hear.
You can never smile,
When no one's looking at you.
You can never be happy,
When everyone else is sad.
These aren't the opinions of others,
They're facts.
They all have one thing in common.
You can never do them,
When all life is gone,
And no one knows your life was there.

Beyond the darkness,
Is there hope,
Beyond the darkness,
Is there joy,
Beyond the darkness,
Is there happy souls,
Beyond the darkness,
I wish I was there.

My skin stings,
My ears hear a scream,
But I know it’s only me.
My skin starts to split,
My eyes see the blood,
But I know it’s only me.
My heart now pounds,
My pain starts to ebb,
But I know it’s only me.
My scissors slice,
My flesh peals back,
But I know it’s only me.
My faces baths in tears,
My soul in the dark,
But I know it’s only me.
It’s only me.
It’s only…
Me.

I’m too weak to carry on,
I leave the world
There’s nothing wrong,
I have to pay the price for love...
Black roses in my heart

-Urxan
Moonlit eyes,
Looking,
Uselessly,
Helplessly scanning for a diamond in a world of black.
They won't give up though,
Because they know,
Though they may not find a diamond,
They will have found the ruby of dying trying,
Trying to see good,
See love,
See life,
In a world filled of death.
Cold, cruel death.
Then the eyes start to flicker shut,
For they begin to feel a ruby is good enough for them.
But then the eyes blink,
Widen,
And blink again,
Reach in to the darkness,
And pull out a diamond,
A beautiful diamond,
And the world is filled with light and joy.
Then the eyes sigh and close forever more,
Knowing they have found a diamond,
The treasure of good in the world.
